Unusable
This rack only works with smaller shoes with certain kinds of heels . All the shoes fall off it if you add or remove anything and the whole thing tips over quite easily.

The slim rack is attractive

Promising design but wobbly & unstable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great and the design works well to hold the shoes, but the rack itself is wobbly. Wish there was more attention paid to the stability of the rack, basically need a flat wall flush behind it for support.

Looks nice, feels sturdy, easy to put together
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had been searching for a long time for a slim shoerack that would fit between our door and a cabinet before we came across this one in an article of recommendations. It's worked out perfectly so far. It's very compact, but I like that it's sturdy and made of metal rather than cheap plastic. It holds both my flats and my husband's giant sneaker just fine. It also wasn't very hard to put together. You can twist the rungs into place on their screws with your hand, and then you only need a screwdriver for two screws on each side that hold the top and bottom pieces together. The only thing I wish were different or added would be some sort of mounting system if you wanted to stack two in an area for a lot of shoes.
