Sleeveless Satin Gown

I got a different Dessy Collection dress for my rehearsal dinner so I thought getting the same brand, same size, different style may work. I hit the nail on the head and kept the first dress I purchased! This dress was very beautiful, simple style but left me feeling very confident! I had a seamstress take in the straps and remove the adjustable hardware (I was attending a blacktie wedding). By the time of the wedding, I had lost weight so I did have to take it in on the sides, but it fit me perfectly when I purchased it, so I’d say they are pretty consistent with their sizing!

I didn’t check the reference chart so my size isn’t correct. However, it’s a beautiful dress. Material feels good and there are pockets. It has a flattering shape and makes your silhouette more feminine, especially if you have a rectangle shaped body like myself.

It was great! Material was comfortable, steamed easily, adjustable straps and it had pockets!!! Worth the price. The bodice was really well constructed and helped snatch my waist. The top was thick enough that I didn’t have to wear a bra. Alterations were simple, all I needed was a hem.

I ordered a size 12, I had to return it , I wear a 12. But I Loved the dress
