Sleeveless Denim Midi Dress

I had ordered this exact dress only to receive the next best as they ran out of a size M. My order placed confirmed on my end that I ordered the correct style and size. Yes Nordstrom provided mother I a similar style and size but it was not the right dress I had ordered. I would have appreciated a call or some other communication about the item. I called to see if this was an error but it was not. With a communication from someone I could have decided to keep the one sent to me or return it. I have the dress but not satisfied. Although it looks similar, but it is a little difficult to walk in. The denim has some stretch but not made for quick pace walks. It’s well made. I cannot understand why I was sent the wrong dress if I had the dress in the basket, ordered it and then received something else. Not happy, disappointed and disappointing.
