Nordstrom sent me the wrong item, just two days before my trip, leaving me no time to find a replacement. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of remorse or urgency from customer service. They offered no useful solution and did nothing to correct a mistake that was entirely their responsibility. I expected much better service from Nordstrom. Extremely disappointing experience.
