Silver Lining Cloud^™ Play & Fold Jumper

Not too impressed with this. I’ve had better for my older kids. My son hangs on to the edge and ends up hurt and crying when his hand gets smushed between the edge of the seat/jumper attachment and the pole. It’s happened a few times already so I can’t risk putting him back in. The fold away component is the reason I purchased it but it’s not just folding it again, you need to disassemble it. So that’s only good for storing, not everyday use. Also, the toys are not that interactive and there’s a lot of empty space that could’ve been filled with more interactive toys.

I purchased this for my daughter. The box arrived largely damaged. It looked like someone had attempted to repair some of the damage with packing tape, but had missed spots so the box was falling apart. At first, I figured this was all due to wear and tear with shipping, but when I opened the box, the inside packing was opened and pieces were missing, like someone returned it without all of the pieces. So I have all the major pieces, just missing a couple of toys that should be with it. When I called customer service, I was asked to return the item despite the condition of the box. When I advised the rep that the box is shredded and that I can provide photos, he advised me to just purchase another box. My post office does not sell boxes this large. I was also asked to bring it to Nordstrom, which the closest location is over an hour away. My question is how something damaged this bad even made it out of the warehouse? And how is it on me to fix their mistake. The product itself would've been fine in terms of quality and such, but I will never deal with Nordstrom again. I would give the product 5 stars if it had all the pieces, but I would give Nordstrom 0 stars if I could.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most Skip Hop toys are great and this one doesn’t disappoint! It’s very sturdy and well-made. I love that my active infant can actually jump in it instead of a lot of similar toys they just stand. There’s tons of little toy activities on it and the light-neutral colors are more aesthetically pleasing than a lot of similar bouncers. It was a little tougher to put together than others but honestly it’s because it feels a little safer and sturdier, which is a huge deal to me. Highly recommend for anyone needing an infant activity bouncer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received this today for free from influenster, and I absolutely love it! It’s a little girly, but it’s not poke my little boy is going out in it or anything. Plus it’s really not that bad. He’s only a few months old, but he liked it for a little bit! I’m sure once he gets bigger and a little older, he’ll love it. It’s super cute and got quite a bit attached to it to keep him (or my toddler) entertained lol. The chair itself swivels so baby can move and play with the different toys as well. I’m so glad I got to try this for my little baby! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
