Item pictured is not what you get.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this item for me and my spouse you use for our new child. Bag pictured is not what they send you. Pictured bag has silver zippers and blacked out letters. Bag we received has gold zippers and gold lettering. Called customer service told them the style number I received is different than what I received and they told me I’m SOL. Thank you carters/skip hop

Zipper broke
This was my favorite diaper backpack when i searched for diaper backpack, until i got mine as a gift, butt the zipper catched the fabric all the time and after 3 month of use it ripped off a bigg hole nex to the zipper

Awesome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bag is awesome and holds everything we need for our toddler and baby. It is also stylish and my wife loves carrying it. The added stroller straps are nice so we won’t have to carry it when it full of extras. We like the black color.

Perfect Size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an old diaper bag with this. I was afraid it wouldn't be bin enough. I have a newborn and 2 year old. I can fit everything I need in this one bag, plus snacks for the 5yr old. It is sturdy and easy to wipe clean

Such a great diaper bag!
