Nordstrom’s customer service is terrible. I placed an order for pickup. When I went to the store, I waited for three hours and the order was never brought out, so I had to leave. The next day, I received a notification saying it was ready for pickup, but I requested shipping instead. After that, they changed the status to “picked up,” even though I never received it. I tried calling multiple times. Sometimes I was on hold for nearly an hour before they hung up. Other times, someone answered and told me they would call back in 15 minutes — but they never did. This went on for three days. In the end, they simply said they would issue a refund, even though the item was still in another warehouse. Now I understand why Nordstrom stores have no customers — their service is awful.
