How to use: Apply the eyeliner before mascara along the lash line. Start with the outer corner of the eye and draw a line depending on the desired effect. Then, continue the line from the inner to the outer part of the eye. Each line has its own effect—minimalist, rock or graphic.

This will definitely be a replenishment item!
I never take the time to write reviews anymore, but in this instance I felt strongly compelled to submit my experience. I almost didn't order this liner because of the negative review posted in December of 2015, which would have really been a shame because this is, by far, the absolute best liquid liner I have ever found. The felt tip is the perfect combination of firm and soft that makes application very easy and the color is a deep, dark, saturated jet black. I'm shocked that the other reviewer had issues with the liner smearing because I actually use this on my upper waterline and it has never moved except during extraordinary circumstances (i.e., heavy sobbing). I've been using this in conjunction with the 'So Curl' Mascara for approximately 6 months now and do believe that both products contribute to lash growth and retention, and have also made my lashes insanely soft in a way that they never were before. My naturally blonde lashes also do seem to be a little bit darker when bare, but I'm not certain whether they are actually darker or just appear to be darker because they are fuller.

Do not waste your money
I bot this learning that it helps grow your lashes when you apply it near the margin of your eyes, along your lashes.The staying power is not good at all.If you rub your eyes, the liner will smear off. No good lasting power.I intend of keeping it but for this exorbitant amount of money, it is not worth at all.I tried the Charlotte Tilbury liquid eye liner and like it much,much better ;which is fraction of the price.(It is going to be my new holy grail eyeliner). I will surely not repurchase it even if I win the lottery.

Raccoon Eye Effect :(
Love Sisley, but this was a miss for me: Pros: goes on beautifully, nice felt tip, smooth application and flow, dries fast. I have sensitive eyes and had no reaction to this. Cons: Although I applied only on my top eyelid, after a couple of hours the colour transferred quite badly to my undereye area. I used this alone, no mascara, eye makeup or concealer. I have dry skin so even tried it with no eye care products, but it smudged each time. Felt tip liners from other brands work for me so this one just isn’t right for my skin.

The Best!
This is the best black eye liner I have ever used! And I have tried many - Bobbi Brown, Dior, Lancome. Very precise application and wears better than any other pencil or gel/liquid that I have tried. Worth the money!
