In a word: REMARKABLE!
After years of using powder foundations, I decided to go back to liquid because the condition of my skin had deteriorated over time, and I thought changing foundations might help. I chose Sisley because their products are botanical and amazing quality, and I wanted to treat my skin to the best I could find. It was the best cosmetic decision I have ever made! After using the foundation for several weeks, my complexion has improved dramatically. That's a bonus, because even without that, I would have been ecstatic about it. The finish is absolutely beautiful and so natural--much better than the finish of powder foundations. I apply it with a Dior foundation brush and go over lightly with a sponge after (applying with a sponge uses a lot more product). I do a very light dusting of Sisley translucent powder over the foundation, and it lasts through my 14 hour days, looking at the end of the day as lovely as it does at the beginning. I always had issues with a shiny T-zone mid-day with the powder foundations, but have never had that happen once with this foundation. I can't say enough good things about this product. Expensive, YES, but worth every penny to have beautiful skin again--I keep pinching myself, because I can't believe what a difference just changing my foundation could make. (It would have been helpful to have color markers on the colors on-line. I am light to medium with pinkish undertones, and got Nude, thinking it should be about right. It turned out to be an 01 and too light. At the store, I got Soft Beige, which is 02. Sand is 02+ and turned orange on me. Maybe that will at least help some of you shopping online.)
