How to use: To help sculpt the look of your body, apply morning and evening on targeted areas including your thighs, buttocks, stomach, hips and arms, massaging in until fully absorbed. For optimal application, stimulate the skin before applying the product. Begin by pinching areas of concern with the tips of your fingers, then, using both hands clenched into fists, perform rapid and intense back-and-forth and up-and-down movements. Apply the cream. On your legs, buttocks and hips, apply using intense, energetic pressure with both hands, moving upward toward the groin. On the stomach and waist, use deep, circular clockwise movements with your fingertips—one hand over the other—in a 5–10 centimeter radius around the navel. On the upper arms, apply intense, energetic pressure with one hand moving upward toward the armpit.
