Hair Rituel Precious Hair Care Oil

Before I go into the product, I will go into my hair type. I recently lost a lot of hair due to pregnancy and then due to an undiagnosed thyroid issue. I went from having a full head of very thick hair to thinning, dry, and fragile hair. I've been trying my best to hydrate my strands and protect them. My hair is also shoulder length. This hair oil performs and nourishes my strands a thousand fold more than any drugstore brand. I know there are all these 'hacks' on the web about using coconut oil right out of the jar and other hair oil mixes. None of them even hold a candle to Sisley's Hair Oil. I only need about the size of a nickel to a quarter to soften, smooth, and protect my hair. This bottle will last you a good few months if you wash every other day. I also do 'touch ups' on my second day after washing or before going to bed to help nourish the hair before I shampoo.

It has a subtle, spa-like scent. Yes, it’s expensive, but the bottle is large and you don’t need to use much at one time, maybe two or three drops, because it is so concentrated. Unlike many products out there, this one actually softens and smooths my dry, coarse hair. In addition to the oils, I believe it also has dimethicone, which is a silicon-based polymer that gives the hair a slightly coated, slippery feel (in a good way). I gave it 4 stars, not 5, because I was not expecting it to include dimethicone. I thought it was going to be just a combination of hair-friendly oils. However, overall it is a good product.

I bought this because of the 5 Star Reviews..and this stuff does EXACTLY what all the Reviewer’s say it did for their hair...it does the same for my Aging, Gray Coarse, Dry Brittle at times, Colored Treated Hair. I have used other hair oils but None are as good as this. Just 4, 1/2 pumps out of the bottle was needed so this small bottle will last a long time...today is second DAY after using and my hair feels Just the Same as when I first used it...NO BREAKAGE of my hair, comb slides right through. Read instructions and follow them...you should get good results. ONLY DOWNSIDE FOR ME...THIS STUFF SMELLS JUST LIKE A STRONG PERFUME PURCHASED IN PARIS...and you either like it or do NOT...I Do Not...it is not a Flower/Botanical smell which i like...and it lingers in your hair...it is the same fragrance used in Sisley Shampoo which i used Also..VERY OVER POWERING Which I Do Not Like....But today I ordered a Second Bottle of this oil because IT IS THAT GOOD ON MY HAIR. VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE....BUT so Worth the Money!!!!

This stuff is wonderful. I use it on dry hair, damp hair, ...fresh hair, second day hair,..and it never leaves my hair feeling oily or looking stringy or greasy. It’s a great product. Smells amazing. Adds definition and shine to my curls. Worth the splurge. I have fairly thick waves/curls down to my shoulders and I only need 1-2pumps to get what I need. Should last a while.

Smells amazing and makes your hair feel great. Wonderful for color treated hair.

I like it... at first I loved it. Has a nice floral scent... but can’t justify 100.00 For hair oil.
