This is an incredible product.
This is an incredible product right. I have been searching for a high-quality mirror that I wanted to meet very strict requirements for my particular needs. I wanted good construction using good materials assembled correctly. Outstanding customer service. A fair price. Practical multiple features. Intuitive design. Above and beyond optics of the highest quality available. Immediate response warranty care. Adjustable lighting. Replacement rechargeable battery service at a very good price. All of these things are available in this product Add an extremely reasonable price it is well worth the amount of money which you are paying.

Product Disappointment
My mirror keeps shutting off even when it is fully charged! I will return for another with the hope that it works appropriately because I do like it. At this price point though, getting a lemon of a product was super disappointing!

It’s a miss
Love simple human - but not this specific mirror. The height does not adjust, and you cannot adjust the angle of the tilt other then flipping it completely over. This was a miss for me, hard to work with. Also, the small 10x magnification piece on the front of the mirror makes it so you cannot see your entire face at 1x magnification.

Neck cannot be adjusted!
I very much liked this mirror but had to take it back. You cannot adjust the neck to make it lower. Also, the tilt of the mirror on 5X is upward, therefore, you have to be sitting much higher to get a good angle.

Would be happy it it works all the time…
This is a great mirror, IF the light would work all the time. I already got a New mirror through Simplehuman who have a great customer service. But the second one has the same issues as many owners of this mirror have described. The light won’t stay on. Even if you sit in front of the mirror at the right height and make some moves so the light sensor should keep the light bright as you prefer. I constantly have to touch the part to make the light more bright and often the light turns off even fully charged. Actually after charging the issue is often worse. I have to turn it off on the bottom and turn it on and do that many times in a row to even activate the light to work better. I really love this mirror when the light stays on which is maybe 20% of the time. I’m out of warranty as I expect it to be and I would definitely want the same mirror if it was working as it should. I believe with the aggravation I had over the last two years I rather had one on batteries or one that charges with a switch to turn a light on. I own almost all items from simplehuman like multiple soap dispensers, trash can, mini trash compactor and most of my family members bought the soap dispenser because they saw it at my house. Even when I sold my house the new buyers copied all items I had from simplehuman as I took them. But sadly this mirror is never worked as it should. Ideally wish there could be anything done to make it work as it should. I followed all the advise through customer support but nothing changed the mirror to work at least 80% of the time. Of course 100% is why you by an expensive mirror but I would be satisfied with 80%.

The light would never consistently stay lit at a bright level. Had to manually increase it every 10 seconds. Returning
