Can't get them
Fedex can't seem to deliver them so what's the point of having a very pricey trash can when you can use it the way it's intended. The bags are great if you can get them.

haven't let me down
black sacks and cheap bin liners usually split before they reach dustbin, but simplehuman just don't, though a bit more cost wise, they are a reliable perfect fit.
