Do Not Buy!
I ordered 4 items from this company and only received 3 of the 4 items. I am trying to get a refund for the item I never received and am having a hard time getting a refund for something I never got. Never had a problem with Nordstrom and have been a customer of theirs for at least 20+ years if not 30+ years. Would rate this purchase a zero if I could. This item looks like it is through a third party retailer and I don’t understand why it is so difficult to get a refund for something I never received. If the third party retailer is not able to provide a refund, Nordstrom’s should honor the refund and possibly not continue to do business with this company if this company plans to charge customers for not getting their items. This does not seem right and I wish that Nordstrom would remedy this and make things right. I have always trusted Nordstrom and felt confident about my purchases until now. I might have to consider my relationship with Nordstrom if they are unable to remedy this error. Feeling frustrated and disappointed in Nordstrom.

The fabric is incredible
When I opened the package, I first noticed the fantastic fabric. The cotton was high quality, soft, and had the right thickness. My daughter tried them on, and they fit perfectly. She absolutely loves them. Well-made cotton underwear is hard to find, so I am thrilled to have found Yellowberry. We will be repeat customers for sure.

Misleading sizing
I just ordered these based on the reviews and description. My daughter is 8 and average height and weight so I ordered the size 8. The items I received say “XS” as the size which is too small. I wanted her to be able to grow into them not have them be exceptionally tight right out of the package. The sizing on the Nordstrom site should coincide with how the items are sized. Decent product. Poor sizing.

Classic quality!

Daughter loves
I have purchased Yellowberry products since my first daughter was eight. I have three now wearing the products. Happy to find them on Nordstrom. My daughters love both the cotton and seamless underwear and have all worn for years. Great quality, and they wear and wash well.

my daughter's hips are 32" so we ordered the XL based on their size chart. They are huge. I am thinking I would have been better off with the Medium
