Zipper broke

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this carry on, moves smoothly, great compartments l, but the zipper broke after using it just a handful of times. We always buy Samsonite for the durability so it is very disappointing that this great carry on doesn’t meet the standards.

Best piece of luggage I've owned in years

Rolls like a dream! Handle is smooth and effortless. Well thought out spaces and zippers. Why only 4 stars? can't get replacements for the two slide in bags.

Softside is great, maneuverability is just OK.

It does not wheel easily with heavier loads and is a bit cumbersome to get around with. I like the top loading feature as it fits well on luggage racks and doesn’t take up as much room as a clamshell type suitcase.
