Tencel® Lyocell Pillowcase Set

Washed once and the silk feel is completely gone now feels like cheap cotton do not buy

I purchased my first Sijo sheet set a year ago and instantly swore my allegiance. The sheets were soo insanely soft. Naturally, when I needed new pillowcases I went to straight to Sijo without hesitation. Unfortunately, though, the pillowcases I purchased a month ago have already started pilling. They are also nowhere near as soft as my year old sheet set. They feel like a completely different material even thought both say 100% tencel on the tag. Depressing

I rarely write reviews on products, but I felt like for the price of these pillowcases. The quality should have been much better. These looked absolutely beautiful and so soft when I took them out of the package. After just one wash, they faded so bad and look terrible. I am very particular about my laundry and washing so I always make sure to take care of things. These were washed on cold water one time and this is what it looks like now. I wish I would’ve taken a before picture.

The color is beautiful. The texture is soft. They pilled after the first wash. So disappointed with the quality-- I can't believe the ratings are so high. Returning for a refund.

These pillowcases do not match the sheet set with the same product name/branding. I purchased to add 2 cases to the sheet set… it comes out of the wash looking wrinkled like cotton instead of smooth like the skeet set.

These pillowcases have the same silky-soft, cool, breathable feel that made me love Sijo’s eucalyptus sheets. They feel wonderful against my skin and never have that heavy or heat-trapping feeling I dislike in some bedding.I wash them cold on a gentle cycle with gentle detergent, skip fabric softener, and tumble dry low. They’ve stayed soft and comfortable with that routine. Definitely one of my favorite bedding purchases.
