Very disappointed
I purchased both a medium firm and a soft FluffBase pillow. They feel exactly the same. There is no support and very little fluff. My head almost sinks to the mattress when I lay on it. I was so excited when my package with the pillows arrived but instantly deflated when I felt how limp those pillows were.

Pillows Feel Firmer From Early Purchase
I reordered a second pair of FluffBase Eucalyptus Pillows Soft. These pillows feel firm and are not the same softness as my first two pillows. The quality workmanship is the same for all four pillows. The pillows feel consistency is the problem as the second set is much firmer but labeled soft.

It took me a minute to relax and lean into pillows
I didn’t know what to expect from the pillows when they arrived. They are like a supportive cloud and the feel on my and neck is the most comfortable pillows I have ever owned. I am 72 and recovering from a shoulder injury. The pillows give stability to a very sore shoulder, neck and arm, very healing. Sleep is the pillows’ purpose. This is a new and soothing pillow experience. 5 stars
