400 Thread Count CrispCool Organic Cotton Percale Duvet Cover

Upon receiving the duvet cover, we placed it in the washer per instructions prior to the first use. To my huge disappointment, when we tried to put the comforter in (for the first time), most of the button seams are already loose - hanging on to dear life; I already need to resew all the buttons to secure them which is ridiculous considering the price paid. The two “rope ties” are already frayed (before using). The actual texture of the cotton was a bit scratchy to my sensitive skin but getting softer with wear. Not planning on repurchasing unfortunately.
