Not only are your bed linens beautiful, the way they are presented are exquisitely packaged and wrapped, making your purchase even more special! I recently had a wonderful experience that I would like to share with you. My daughter just had 33rd anniversary and requested bedding from Boll & Branch for her gift. We have been fortunate to have Nicola help us previously. Needless to say, everything was packaged beautifully. Yesterday, I received a package in the mail from Boll and Branch! It was a beautiful bunny which was just a decoration sitting on one of your bed sets. The bunny was not for sale. The package was the bunny with a note from Nicola for my new Grandson! We have a business of our own, and It meant so much to us to be acknowledged as a customer. It is so difficult to find good sales people these days and Nicola is one of the best!
