sticky, quality not as expected for pricing
A fancy price for a less fancy skillet.
Would work to sauté shrimp as it’s juicy but wouldn’t work for any type of frying correctly even not a cod filet.
Tried to cook a round bread on it after adding flour on it. It stuck and burned even after adding olive oil or covering it to keep humidity. I did the same operation with an old well wore ceramic henckels, the bread came fine.
It washed well but some tiny spots shew ware for cooking in it the two times.
The lid is better quality than the creuset lid replacement sold by the company. The company doesn’t stand for its products.
The pan and the lid handles get burning hot very quickly, so be aware!
Would be good to cook juicy food but it’ll burn from the sides and also you’ll find it outside sides and buttom.

it’s pretty with all the brand image!
It’s pretty easy to clean by soaking it and three mild to moderate tries with dish soap and some Clorox once for stubborn places with a round gentle motion to keep it safe!

Dimensions are clearly listed, read not complain!
I absolutely love Le Creuset, love all of my pieces and use them all of the time. Braisers are great for being wide, shallow, and easy to use/not as heavy!!! People are crazy with some of the comments, dimensions are clearly listed under specifications, just like other websites. Also, you remove the stickers before use, otherwise duh it will melt. Jeez!!!
I have dutch ovens and bakeware pieces nearing 25yrs old. Everything in excellent like new condition. The bakeware doesn't get enough credit either, all of my pieces look brand new and are close to 25yrs old.
