thought it would be better
I was disappointed with this brush. Wanted a fluffy soft brush for a transition shade and this was not it. It's very stiff and not fluffy. The bristles feel extremely synthetic and cheap. I have brushes with nice soft synthetic bristles and this was nothing like that. I'm going to return it.

Doesn't look like the photo
I'm shocked that not a single person has pointed out the fact that this brush looks nothing like the photo. I was looking for a big fluffy brush to blend out transition shades and the photo looks like exactly that. However, in-person, this brush is more dense and narrow. Still gets the job done, but I don't like that the picture is not a true representative of what the brush actually looks like. I've washed the brush several times as directed by Sigma and still doesn't look like the photo.

DOESN'T LOOK LIKE PIC
BOUGHT THIS BECAUSE MUA'S ALL SEEM TO CONSIDER THIS AN ESSENTIAL BRUSH. DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PIC. HAIRS ARE VERY LONG AND SPARSE. SO WIDE IT BLURS SHADOW OVER ENTIRE LID RATHER THAN LETTING YOU CONTROL THE AREA YOU WANT BLENDED. DEFINITELY NOT FOR MATURE, HOODED EYES.

Not impressed!
This is the first and last SIGMA brush I will ever purchase. Gladly returning it. This brush seems like the quality from a kids makeup kit. Not sure what the hype is all about.

Very Disappointed
I heard so many good things about this brush and have watched many YouTube videos where this brush was used; however, the brush that I received was very thin...nothing like the Sigma E40 is supposed to be. It was ridiculously thin, but not only that, since it's so thin, it doesn't blend like a fluffy blending brush should blend...because it's not a fluffy blending brush! Everyone knows that the E40 is considered a fluffy blending brush. So disappointed that I paid so much for something that I can't use. :( I would recommend purchasing directly from Sigma in case you have this issue, you can contact them directly so that they can send you a better quality brush that meets their product standard. I believe what I received was a dud.
