Great intro to contour brushes
Perfect size for contouring/bronzing/blushing. Angled and compact enough that application is precise, but fluffy enough that application is natural and diffused. Feels soft on the face and is the perfect size to fit in my makeup bag. I am a 'beginner' at contouring and bronzing, and this seems like the perfect intro brush. This is my first Sigma brush purchase and I am interested to try more - will definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Disappointment
The reason I purchased this brush because it had good reviews on it. However, this one is a disappointment (especially for $23 + Tax). It sheds and I use it leaving bristles on my face. I returned.

Love sigma brushes but this one...
This brush is well made just like other sigma brushes and the handle hair everything is well made. The only thing is these angled brushes are supposed to be for contouring and since this one is longe bristles and flimsy makes it hard to blend and leaves you with splotchy bronzer application. Also in compare with mac 168 which is the best contour brush in entire world, this one isn't goat hair. It feels synthetic lookalike white hair that resembles goat hair like the mac 168. Do not recommend it.

Disappointed
I was on the hunt for a new blush brush and have heard nothing but good things about the Sigma F40. I have to say I wasn't super impressed. The brush is very soft but almost to soft. I found it didn't pick up enough product but have only used twice.

Nice for applying powder products
Nice brush, but on the softer side. I purchased specifically to apply bronzer in a sweeping motion to upper cheek, jaw and forehead areas. This allows you to apply in smaller more concentrated areas and therefore have more control. I had previously been using a large full brush that covered too much of the face at once. This brush was used by makeup artist Lisa Eldridge in a video I watched.
