Sideways Sandal

I had seen this sandal on social media and the claim was it did not need any breaking in. I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised when I put them on. They were so comfortable right out of the box. I decided to test the comfort level out by wearing all day and found them to be perfect all day long. I have a very high arch and older feet so having a great supportive and comfortable sandal, while being cute at the same time, is a must. I plan to order other colors as well.

I ordered the same size I have purchased before in Taos. However, these are so wide that I could not adjust the straps to fit. They look good in person though.

I want to love these sandals. But they rub in a few places on my feet. As a result, I’m slowly breaking them in. Kind of surprising since Taos advertises comfort.

They’re really cute shoes and seem like good quality, but I get a new blister or my skin rubs raw every time I wear them. I tried to push through the pain and gave them many (too many) chances to break in comfortably but these just will not work for me. I’m pretty disappointed because they were so expensive!

One very comfortable pair of sandals…may need to purchase another pair, they are so comfortable..

As always, no disappointment here with Taos. I ordered the caramel. Great fit, true to size. Can wear all day long, without rubbing or discomfort. Love them!
