I️ placed an order for this almost 3 weeks ago and haven’t received anything. It’s a week past my delivery date and I️ can’t even get a refund. Customer service is terrible & they use fed-ex whose customer service is even worse. I️ got lied to everyday for a week straight saying my package will be there tomorrow only for them to say it’s lost. My birthday is ruined. Spend almost $400 & won’t get it back
