Short Sleeve Sunny Swim Shirt

I bought a size 2 for my average sized 13 month old hoping we'd be able to use for awhile. The print is adorable and quality feels nice. However the neck is so tight. I could barely get it over her head. After swimming I was struggling to get it off and it got stuck on her face while wet which causedher to get very scared. Ill keep using the shorts but I wish I couldexchange the top. I'll have to stick with zip up styles in this brand.
