Short Sleeve Mesh Micro Ruffle Midi Dress

I purchased this dress in a 2P. I am always a 2P in dresses, Especially when the style has a full skirt or is fit and flare. Not so with this dress Micro ruffle mesh dress from Mac Duggal. While the dress fit, it was very short-waisted on me, had absolutely no give, snd was uncomfortable and constricting. I returned it immediately. I couldn’t imagine wearing this dress for an entire evening. I think that the rigid cut of Mac Duggal petite dresses just doesn’t work for me. Also feel this dress was overpriced given the fabric and quality. For reference, I am 5’2”, 100 lbs and again ordered a size 2P.

For the price, I expected this to be close to perfect. it wasn't. Using the size chart, I chose my usual 8. The ribcage and waist was way too tight and didn't sit right. The color is much darker and more drab than the photo. Sending it back.
