Short Sleeve Cashmere Crewneck Sweater

I have a number of sweaters from Lafayette 148 and they usually run really large; this top probably runs true to size. I am normally a small in this brand and should have ordered a M. But the top is completely sheer, and it's a very delicate fabric that feels like it could easily rip. I am returning.

Thank you to the previous reviewer for this product. It helped me so much. I have several items from this brand and let me say that if you are unfamiliar with their sizing, go to their website and pull up the individual item you want and there is a description of fit with measurements for each item. Check that out because I wear everything from a medium to a 1X in this brand. I take an XL in many brands and got an XL for this sweater. I definitely could have sized up, which surprised me. I found it to be a bit on the cropped-length size but I do have a long torso. I love the galaxy blue; it’s definitely a shade of royal blue. I don’t love how they use the little rhinestone “L” on many of their sweaters. I think it cheapens the brand. I prefer luxury that’s quiet. I am keeping this because I think it’s perfect for layering under a blazer or with high waisted trousers. As the other review mentioned, it’s a bit sheer, though not very noticeable in the blue shade. It’s also a bit itchy, but I am happy to trade the itch for the breathability of cashmere.
