What it is: An innovative mascara that balances bold, buildable volume with masterful precision and exceptional control.
What it does: Its unique brush design features two concave styles to boost volume and two flat sides for extra lift. Lashes are wrapped in a weightless, clump-, flake- and smudge-resistant formula that lasts 24 hours. It provides a 250% increase in volume and 47% increase in length with just one coat (in an in-vitro study on bare lashes). Memory flex bristles on the brush maintain the shape and integrity of the brush throughout the mascara's entire lifespan. A wax blend creates the perfect balance of structure and flexibility and a film former helps prevent pigment from smudging and sets curl for 24 hours.
How to use: Starting at the base of the lashes, use the flat side of the brush to deposit product from root to tip with lifting motions. Rotate the brush and use the curved side to separate lashes and build additional volume.

This mascara has been making my sparse lashes look longer and more filled in. It does not flake and lasts all day. I believe it will work well in summer, when it is humid and hot. I bought this mascara in emerald for myself and in sapphire for my sister. I've worn it quite a few times since getting it in the mail a week or more ago. I tested it by applying it without other eye makeup. After several hours had gone by, I noticed that it actually looked like I had applied green pencil to my lid, but I had not. After further hours, there was a little smudging that looked like green shadow on my lid! I personally love the versatility of this product. And I prefer it that it is not waterproof for the reasons already given.
