I have order 3 products from the Benefiance line and I love them all. They are all extremely hydrating and nourishing. I can apply makeup over this cream and the eye cream with no issues. No breakouts. I highly recommend if you want intense hydration.

Old line was better
I used to use benefiance day & night cream & emulsion. They’re now discontinued, so I tried this. Gave me pimples around my cheek bones, almost like a string of small pearls but pimples grew on my cheek. This cream has a stronger scent and I hate it. I went to look for my old line of shiseido benefiance creams & emulsions from other stores in the hopes of purchasing them before they go completely obsolete. I wish shiseido would understand that they will start losing costumers if they keep changing their products and discontinuing those that people have been using for years. I wish they’d just add their new products and not discontinue/ fix what isn’t broken.

Moisturizing for me
I've been using Shiseido for 10+ years, because I have very dry, dull skin (I'm 32). The system works best when you follow all the steps.. Cleanse, softener, serum, moisturizer - day and night. I notice a difference right away if I skip a day of my lotions. I mix my products, I don't solely use Shiseido, but the majority of my products are from them. This new cream I assume replaced the 'benefiance wrinkle resist'. This formula does feel different, but to me it feels more moisturizing. A little bit goes a long way.. If you're feeling sticky, you used too much. I've been using it for a week now and I have no complaints or issues. I don't really have expectations of these creams to diminish wrinkles, moisture is important for healthy skin and I feel like this lotion helps me achieve that.

Just a beautiful cream
I really like Shiseido products. I have been using the Beneficence cream with sunblock and just recently tried this product. It is very light, smooth on the skin and has a silky feel. It’s not at all sticky. I am very pleased with the product. I also would highly recommend the Benefiance cream with the sunblock and think it is right up there with the best available.
