Very deep massage. Have to put a buffer between myself and the chair massager. Use a reclining or down position.

Decent for the price; car adapter is not included
This massage device is great for the price. However, please note that it does not come with a car adapter, which I had expected based on the product description. I ended up purchasing a separate adapter from another brand on Amazon, as Purasonic does not sell a compatible car adapter.

Painful
Bought this massage chair for my husband, it is so painful. The massage on this is no joke and it cant be lowered enough to even begin to get a comfortable massage. I tried it and was sore the entire next day. Sadly it is being returned.
