arrived damaged
The hat arrived crushed in the box and had a flaw on top. I am very disappointed in Nordstrom. I returned the hat then ordered the same hat from Janessa Leone. It was on sale for $125 verses Nordstrom’s price of $284. It just arrived in perfect condition because of the proper packaging.
