If I ever received the items I purchase, I could give an accurate review! I’ve updated my address at least 3 times but the app ignores the change! Then I notify Nordstrom and always get the response that it’s too late to adjust. Then it takes Nordstrom forever to ship the purchase.’so, by the time everything is resolved you don’t recall the history. Yet, Nordstrom wants you to build points! Go figure!
