What it is: An ultrarich formula containing 25% shea butter to help repair dry to very dry hands.
What it does: Its melting texture provides immediate comfort while forming a protective barrier against environmental aggressors. Suitable for sensitive skins it leaves hands nourished, softened and visibly more comfortable.
How to use: Exfoliate skin before using the balm to nourish and repair dry hands. Use when necessary. Apply a generous dab of balm between your hands, then gently massage (at least twice a day). For intense care: Apply a thick layer and leave on for 10 minutes before massaging the excess (at least twice a week). Soft hands, glossy nails.

The best
I love this hand cream, especially in winter. It's so thick and delicious and makes my hands so soft despite the dry weather. It also smells divine which always helps, plus the tube is absolutely massive so it lasts for ages! What more could you want?

Old lady smell
I never post reviews but I had to.. this smells really bad. I was really excited to get this and I just can't get past the smell. This brand used to have a really nice scent. It's just the scent is just awful. I washed my hands..

Nighttime Ritual!
This is the best rich, thick hand cream I’ve used. I apply it at night after my cuticle oil, and it really helps lock in all the moisture, leaving my hands feeling deeply nourished by morning. The size is incredibly generous too - it feels like it will last ages before I even come close to finishing it, which makes it great value as well.

Powerful cheap smell
This works OK, but it has a very strong old-lady odor, and the texture is not pleasing. My old tube of 20% shea cream had a very faint odor. It also spread easier and seemed to work better. I wish I could return this.

New formulation is not that great...
The old version was thick and really moisturizing for my hands. It also didn't smell so heavily of some sort of fragrance. I will look into other hand lotion brands from now on.

New scent is awful
I just tried my new tube and the scent is definitely different and really awful. The texture of the lotion is also very different. Rather than feeling rich and smoothing, it feels thin and cheap. Really disappointed and not sure what to do from here on out since I've been using this lotion for years as it's the only one that has worked really well for me.
