Seller decided on their own to have the packaged be signed for upon delivery. Since I was not home , a note was left on the door to check UPS access point. I also called Nordstrom on the whereabouts of my package. I was sent to another city to pick up the shoes. Upon arrival I was told it got sent to another UPS within my area code. It was an unfortunate experience. I returned the shoes because of the experience and it’s fit. I will not support Nordstrom’s new experiment of the Marketplace, dealing with 3rd part seller where they have the shipping preference and not the choice I picked when I initially ordered.

Beautiful boots to look at. I bought them during the sale and didn’t try them on until it was time to wear them. They are so small in the ankle area that I couldn’t wear them. I took them back to Nordstrom and they wouldn’t take them back because, according to the staff member, they had been sent directly from the Sevilla Boot company and they would only honor them for a short period of time. So I have these perfectly beautiful boots that I can’t wear. Sad!

These boots are very stylish. They’re very form fitting and look great with cropped jeans/pants. The leather and stitching look very chic. Love them!
