Love the Trivet!
It is an excellent idea and a well-made item. The wood is like the picture. The magnet is on the bottom covered with the same wood, so you cannot see it. I used it with my 6" skillet. I just bring the skillet above the trivet and the trivet attaches and stays. But it is easy to slide off, when the time comes. I serve breakfast in those skillets, so it is very convenient to use on the table. Before this I was using a hot pad :( While we are on the subject of 6" skillets, please LC make more of them in different colors - I would love olive! And please bring back the olive pumpkin braiser! Thank you for excellent quality of everything you make.
