Game Changer - A Must Have
I was so hopeful when I purchased this pillow and all I can say is that it has far exceeded even my hopes and expectations! I have a major neck injury from a very bad car accident many years ago and I live with constant and chronic severe pain. This pillow is helping so much! With every night I sleep on this pillow, my neck gets better and I have less and less pain every day. I have tried EVERYTHING and every different type of pillow available, but this is the ONE! Do NOT hesitate! Get this pillow. I never leave reviews but I had to with this. I am a new woman and for the first time in 30 years my pain is less and less every day.

Absolutely NO!
I am a side sleeper and was thinking about new pillows, so thought I'd try these since when I saw them as an anniversary sale item. They arrived today. I took one out of the plastic and let it alone to plump. It did plump but not evenly and offered truly no decent support even when I laid my arm across it. The cover seems decent, but the pillow itself truly feels like something you might find at a discount store. These are going back SOOO fast.

Very Comfortable
I just received these and was able to put on my bed and sleep on it the same day - no bad smell :). I’m a side sleeper and found it to be very comfortable. It is heavier than regular pillows because of the foam core but I’m looking forward to many good sleep nights!

When I first bought this
When I first bought this pillow, 3 years ago, I was elated. It was the best pillow I had found after going through several other crappy pillows. Three years later, I decided it was time to buy a new one.
The pillow I got this time around was absolute crap! After 48 hours of letting the pillow sit out to fluff up, it never did. The new pillow was literally half the size of my 3 year old pillow. The quality has clearly gone down hill, just like what every other corporate company has done to their products.

I am enjoying this pillow.
I am enjoying this pillow. It softly conforms to my head but still remains supportive and doesn’t flatten out overnight. It definitely keeps in the heat, so if you prefer a cool pillow go for the cooling one.

I purchased my first casper
I purchased my first casper pillow a couple of years ago and I loved it. However, the new hybrid (a hydrid pillow wasn't offered that I recall) are not as firm as I hoped. I like a very firm pillow.
