Empty bottle
I ordered this - it took almost 10 days to be delivered due to a mixup on their part. When I received it the freaking bottle, it was empty. Just an empty bottle….I got no help from CS after speaking to both crystal and Aide. I may get a refund according to them but their “recovery” team is trying to reimburse me for the wrong thing. What a mess. Will never shop at Nordstrom again. They get one star and they. Don’t even deserve that. The star is for the store not the product. I can’t review the product because I don’t have it.

It doesn't match the picture.
I have been using Estée Lauder's Advanced Night Repair for a long time. When I saw the anniversary discount this time, I quickly made the purchase. However, I found that the product I received was different from the picture, and the box seemed to have been opened before, as if it had been used. There was no instruction manual either. So I had to return it. I want to place a new order, but I'm not sure if I will receive the same one again.

Never received the gift with purchase
I spends hundreds dollars on an order, in order to qualify to get the free gift with purchase (which had the item that I liked), but the gift was cancelled and I never received. It felt like a scam.

Perfume
I received a generous sample with an order and while it feels luxurious and hydrating, I couldn’t get past the strong perfume smell. It’s almost like wearing actual perfume and I had to wash it off so I couldn’t attest to its effectiveness. Bummer. It did seem nourishing for a short time tho.
