Serenity Sweetheart Neck Zip Robe

Purchased for an elderly aunt. The robe itself is a great color, very soft despite its thin weight. She loved it but…the zipper does not work. It hooks and jerks but will not go up and down without snagging and pulling. I bought it on final sale so can’t return. Since it won’t close it’s not going to work for her. If quality control had caught this it would have been a solid 5 star. As it is, we’ve wadded it up for the dog to snuggle on, and she’s happy with her expensive new blankie.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleeves are so long you cannot roll them up and they stay because the garment is really soft. Had not wore but the second day and the zipper split. It is soft but that is about all. It is not warm at all, had to bring out my LL Bean! Only option I had was 2X and it is too big.

I am so happy! The fit is roomy, it's very soft, yet not too heavy and I tend to run warm. This is a quality made robe with pockets. The length is perfect at the ankles, the arm length is slightly long at my knuckles, the zipper is smooth and the zipper pull is easy to grasp. I'm 5'4, in between size 2 and 4, and ordered the regular small in Grey. I highly recommend!
