Dirty, Defective
This arrived smelling of sweat and missing the lining. I have been waiting for two weeks for a refund. I also had a hat arrive from Nordstrom Rack that was completely crushed and ruined by the packer. If this is customer service, then please, let me shop elsewhere from now on.
