For reference I’m 5’5 140-145lbs , a lil pudge at tummy but this hides it and adds a nice silhouette because of the lil hip flaps as well. The thong part is connected but has easy clips that unclips at crotch. I got a size medium because small wasn’t available but it fits nicely not too tight or loose.
