'Addison' Stretch Crop Pants

These pants are great and this is at least the 4th pair I've bought - all in different colors. The only thing I don't like on this pair is that the pockets were changed this year. The front pockets are much shallower than they have been in previous versions. My phone fits but just and rides high - please go back to the older version! The fabric and fit are great. I just don't like the newer front pocket.

I so wanted these to work especially as there is such a great range of colors available, but they are extremely long in the rise making awkward folds of extra fabric in an area where women don't want it. They also would have been better without the belt loops as it's an odd mix of casual and formal and the fabric being heavier makes the crop part flare out at the sides--overall, a big disappointment. I felt compelled to post this review as I was so taken with all of the 5-star reviews I thought it might help give some perspective for other shoppers.

I love the fit of these capri's, the fabric is great, the rise is right on target and there a perfect length. I bought one pair and then went back for two more pair in different colors. I would highly recommend when you come across anything made by Sejour that you try it on. Who ever design this line of plus size clothing, knows what there doing.

I ordered these pants in a dark tan, khaki color and in black. What I like best about them is the material. It is soft yet has substance to it. Unlike many cropped pants I've found these feel as if they are made well and in good quality cotton. They feel like real chinos but with a little stretch. The length was okay on me. I'm 5'9" so they could have been a little longer. Also I like the fact that they are not really narrow at the bottom. I think it balances you out and looks good. I'm actually looking for cropped flares! These are not that by any means but they are not pegged either, thankfully. Straightish! I would have have easily given them 4 or more stars but the sizing is not consistent. The dark tan, khaki pair fit very well so I ordered a black pair too. Unfortunately they measured an inch shorter in the length and were tight in the upper thigh so I have to return them. I do like the khaki pair a lot and am finding myself living in them this summer.

I have seen these crops and also the ankle pants sell out year after year but I can't figure out why. True, the fabric is marvelous and they wash like a dream; however, the slash pockets in front and the welt pockets in back add so much bulk that they make one look really heavy. The fabric is on the thick side which is one of the reasons that it is so very luxurious but when pockets and their edging and linings are added - mama mia sudden weight gain! I buy them every year - perfect length, no see-through, great colors - but my hopes are dashed with the first wearing. I am optimistic that Nordstrom will one day solve the bulk problem. I can hardly wait for this wish to come true.

These fit perfectly and didn't need to get taken in at the waist like most pants that I purchase. However my thighs touch when I walk and the fabric faded from the rubbing between my thighs during the first wearing.
