Came used and shabby
I was very disappointed that these beautiful shoes came in used and worn. My expectation wity Nordstrom is that when I purchase an item, it should come brand new, otherwise they should list it as used as they do on Amazon or Poshmark. I pay full price and I expect the full quality. Very disappointed. Returning
