Used Shoes
We tried to grab these shoes in store, but they didn't have my son's size. So they offered to order them online for us. We received a brown box with a handwritten name of the shoe and size. Not a big deal. But then I opened the box and saw that they had clearly been worn. The insides appeared to have foot marks, on the underside near the toes they were scuffed, and they had blackish scuff marks along the sides. I expected brand-new shoes for $58, especially from Nordstrom. Very disappointed. I called to see if I could get a replacement before our trip on Friday (today is Tuesday), they said they wouldn't be able to get it to us in time. Nordstrom "wasn't" able to expedite the shipping. Just feeling very frustrated by the whole experience.
