Dawson Pick Merino Wool Blend Cardigan

I have purchased several of this style and make of sweater in different colors. I love the fit. It runs true to size and the colors are lovely. The grape colored sweater is the one that I have worn the most. In fact, I wore it most days during the cold winter months and love it. I have given the sweater 3 stars because it looks a mess after wearing it daily for around 3 months. The sweater is covered with little wool balls and look dreadful. All of the softness and smooth knit appearance is gone. It looks like I have had it for years and not a few months. I am hoping that the sweater in the other colors that I also bought don't have the same problem. I am hesitant to recommend this sweater because the fabric/knit did not hold up.
