short sleeve cover-up
I would call this more of a hooded dress cover-up. It doesn't have a poncho vibe at all to me. It's an oversized fit made of lightweight terry cloth. I don't live in hot climate so it doesn't feel heavy to me. I actually love it...it's very comfortable and airy. Great for after the bath and lounging around.

Great for me
This coverup runs on the large size. I am normally an extra large and bought the large after reading reviews. The large fits me perfectly. I am normally a size 14-16(wanting extra room for bathing suit under) and am 6'0. The length is perfect for me. This is exactly what I was looking for in a cover up to and from the pool. It is made of towel material to soak up water, so yes, it is on the heavier side, but again that is what I wanted. Bonus - the black was on sale.
