Sea Drift Waterproof Linen & Cotton Rain Coat

I have been searching for the perfect waterproof rain jacket/ coat in natural fibers for two years and finally found one that will be my forever go to. While I was initially lookiing for a longer, more traitor trench coat length, this is a unique design with lightweight natural fibers that makes this perfect for spring and transitional weather where layering is necessary for fluctuations temperatures. As a size 12 apple shape, I appreciate the A- line shape that means less constriction around my torso, and a greater ability to layer thicker knits without being encumbered, especially while seated/driving. The linen/ cotton blend is breathable and lightweight which is exactly what i was looking for in a transitional, yet WATERPROOF piece. Unfortunately, it refuses to rain in northern Colorado this year, and so i have not been able to test it out yet, but this week looks promising and I will update my review as necessary! 😆 my only criticism and the reason why this gets 4 stars instead of 5, is because the pictured item varies slightly from the genuine article in that the picture shows a possible removable hid with separate collar, and the actually item does not have such a collar a shown in the image. However, I still really like this jacket anyway, but buyer be advised.
