Buy them!

I ordered my usual size and they fit perfectly right out of the box. They're comfortable enough to wear all day, with no pinching or rubbing, and they look even better in person. The quality feels excellent, and they pair beautifully with everything from jeans to dresses. If you're looking for a classic, comfortable shoe, I highly recommend these!

What is happening at Nordstrom?

This is more about the progressively worse shipping, etc, when ordering online with Nordstrom. When I opened the shipping box, the shoes themselves were in the bottom half of their original box with no top. Put inside a plastic bag. Nothing protecting the shoes… I guess that’s what you get if you buy them on sale? The shoe itself is nice enough but runs a little long .
