Maryana Up Slouch Pointed Toe Boot (Women)

I wasn't expecting to love this boot as much as I did. The slouch, the quality of the suede, even the comfort of the heel despite being higher than I usually wear were all on point. However, they run very large. I am a 7-7.5 in most shoes, and typically go with 7.5 for boots so I can wear thicker socks with them. I was swimming in these in 7.5, and it was a real trip hazard because they felt like they were coming off my feet with every step. I would have loved to just exchange it with a size 7, but Nordstrom refused to honor the price I bought them at during Black Friday. I called and implored with the customer service agents to let me exchange at the same price, but their attitude was no-can-do, which is appalling coming from Nordstrom, where I have generally had great customer service. So unfortunately, I returned them.
