Defective straps

So disappointed! Shoes are gorgeous, comfortable and fits true to size but left shoe strap is so so so long that could fit an elephant ankle but not any human’s ankle. It can’t even be fixed because it can’t be cut without making it look weird. I took it to a shoe guy and he told me to return them! So mad!!!!

Huge ankle straps!

The ankle straps are super large. I was falling right out of this shoe. Too bad, it's going back.
