Cute with the scarf detail

This is a cute sweater that you can dress up or dress it down I like the little scarf element. I sized up, figuring this would run small, and I think it does. I took off one star cuz I'm not sure how the fabric will wear.

Looks cheap

Whoever said this runs small?? It doesn't, I ordered a size up based on that and ordered large and it was huge. Now returning Lol
